Mr. Wilkinson is a character in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

He was hired by Willy Wonka to impersonate his business rival, Arthur Slugworth. He was tasked to give each of the Golden Ticket winners a moral test of character; He would appear before each Golden Ticket winner under the guise of Slugworth and offer them a cash reward if they obtain for him a sample of Wonka's new Everlasting Gobstobbers. This is done to test their generosity, willpower, kindness, and loyalty to Wonka.

Two of the children, Mike Teavee (on the advice of his mother) and Veruca Salt, respond to the bribe before their downfalls, therefore failing the test. When Charlie Bucket returned his Gobstopper to Wonka, the latter declares him a winner, having passed Wilkinson's test, which was part of Wonka's plan to find an heir for his factory.
